Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights Stonehaven Senior Living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful and active Assisted Living/Memory Care in Eagan, MN. The team includes a Director of Health Services Nurse and Resident assistants trained to pass medications, as well as activities, culinary, housekeeping staff. Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided Required: Current MN RN license or by start date AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
