Duties also include providing direct nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Blessing Hospital's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process and Patient Safety Plan. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Graduate of an RN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills ACLS, required at end of one year PALS, required at end of two years TNS or TNCC as invited ECRN, required at end of one year Per Diem II: One year experience required PREFERRED: Weekender/Per Diem: One year nursing experience preferred BSN License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Possesses current Illinois RN license. Pay Status: NON-EXEMPT HOURLY
