Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse - RN to join our team in Wayzata, MN! This position will ensure that the safety and health needs of the senior age assisted living/memory care residents are met at our Senior Living location. Supported by a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, social work, and more. This nurse schedule includes;

The Trails of Orono Senior Living community is located in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis near Highways 12 and I-494 in Wayzata, MN. Managed by Ebenezer, we host 59 units among our Independent/Assisted Living and Memory care residential settings. Responsibilities/Job Description Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health statusImplements new and updates current resident care planCoordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as neededHandles and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationActs as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled timesMonitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Qualifications

Required:

Current MN RN license or by start dateAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:
