Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights The Santurary of West Saint Paul Assisted Living/Memory Care is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beatiful and active Senior Living in West St Paul, MN. Supported by a Director of Health Nurse and Resident Assistant Caregivers. Maintains current assessment and documentation using progress notes of resident health status Implements new and updates current resident care plan Coordinates resident health services with internal/external providers and getting orders as needed Leads and supervises timely and accurate medication and treatment administration Acts as support to Director of Health Services to fill in as RN on call during scheduled times Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff Required: Current MN RN license or by start date BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers Preferred: Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
