The salary mentioned above reflects the potential pay range for this role and bonuses or other incentives  (if applicable), are offered separately. Offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationReview resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelinesReview all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plansEvaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are metImplement physician’s orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the residentSeeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levelsSet and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare’s nursing facility Qualifications Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland 1 year of nursing experience preferredPrevious experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plusMust possess a current CPR license
