This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Corporate Services. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to the Code of Conduct and other policies is required. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Graduate of an RN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED: Certification in clinical specialty when eligible. BSN License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Possesses current State RN license. Maintains current BLS Completes PALS within two years of hire and maintains within one year of hire. Completes Basic Cardiology Course within 6 months of hire. Completes CRRT course and skill validation during second year of employment and every year thereafter. Completes ACLS within 6 months of hire and maintains. Completes annual skills validation.
