General Summary
Responsible for the coordination of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Assesses appropriateness of referrals, implements physician orders, develops Plan of Care, evaluates patient progress.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Current licensure as Registered Nurse in State of Ohio
Certified in ACLS.
Excellent communication skills
Three years of critical care nursing required
EKG experience required.
Cardiac rehab nursing experience preferred
Working Conditions
Moderate level (20% or more of time) of physical exertion required. Occasional exposure to adverse conditions.
Reporting Relationships
Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services
