variety of clinical settings Scope of responsibility is characterized by use of nursing process to assess plan intervene and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices standards protocols and guidelines This position reports to a Practice ManagerOversees and performs stress testing in our testing center working under the direct supervision of and in collaboration with a cardiologist Responsible for administration and documentation of Leqvio injections for patientsAssist with Joint Commission and Environment of Care preparation and maintenance Provides office based nursing care in collaboration with providerAssesses physical and psychosocial needs and environmental factors affecting patients and their families formulates nursing plan of care and ensures continuity of patient care through appropriate nursing evaluation and interventionCommunicates with provider regarding patient needs nursing assessments and recommendationsTakes direction and initiates actions crossadditional training that will allow seamless patient careCollects and documents current health status and medical history and assists in scheduling patient office visitsReviews patient records including preoperative records to ensure completeness and reviews outstanding issues with providerDemonstrates independent nursing actions based on assessment and problem identificationUnder direction of provider calls in prescription medications to pharmacies and observes and documents patientrsquos response to pertinent medications Documents accurate and ongoing assessment of patientrsquos needs problems capabilities limitations progress toward goals and response to careTriages telephone calls and displays ability to initiate appropriate
