Overview MHealth Fairview Health Services is looking for a RN in our Critical Care Float Pool department at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. As a Critical Care Float Pool RN you will float to the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. In a less frequent capacity you may float to, Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical, Orthopedic, Medical, Observation, and Oncology. The starting base rate of pay for the position is $41.69. Candidates with experience or higher degree may be brought in at a higher rate of pay. $2.00 extra per hour weekend shift differential $4.00 extra per hour night shift differential $2.00 extra per hour for being in the float pool! Conducts ongoing assessments as determined by patient’s condition and/or the hospital policies, procedures or protocols and reprioritizes care accordingly. Establish and implement nursing care plans for each patient through assessment, development, activation, evaluation and discharge. Organize, assign and supervise duties and responsibilities of other staff members as a team leader.
