Schedule: This position is a casual role working day/evening/night shifts and 1 weekend per month. Emergency services: Level IV trauma center and is also Stroke ready Designated by the MN Department of Health. The department’s bed capacity is 17 which includes 2 trauma/critical care rooms, 2 behavioral health rooms. We also treat our infusion patients after hours and weekends, when our infusion department is closed. We consult with DEC for our behavioral patients and SANE for our forensic examinations. Uses communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes. Promotes a culture of evidence-based practice (EBP) Ensures a safe, secure environment.
