for patients across the spectrum of age health education etc The staff includes Registered Nurses emergency department technicians Unit Secretaries Physicians Mid Level practitioners support staff Public Safety Officers and in department radiology The Emergency Department is equipped with all tools needed to safely care for any patient from central station cardiac monitoring to ultrasound equipment to our EHR Epic ASAP We are a primary stroke center All staff work together and in a supportive environment to make sure we have a safe environment for our staff patients working the most efficiently and providing the highest level of satisfaction for our staff patientsJob SummaryOur Nurses work in collaborative environments with strong interdisciplinary teams focused on a patient centered care model in a richly diverse work space Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager the registered nurse utilizes evidence based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act policies and procedures of the hospital and as directed by the medical staff The registered nurse who through knowledge and ability uses the nursing process to develop a plan of
