successful completion of The William W Backus Hospital Nurse Residency ProgramTwo or more years experience in this specific clinical area preferredLicense and Certification Current unrestricted License in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of ConnecticutCurrent Basic Life Support BLS upon hireAbility to obtain and maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program NRP certification within days of hireCompletion of basic fetal monitoring class by the end of orientation Electronic Fetal Monitoring National certification NCC within two years of hireAbility to obtain and maintain department specific certificationsRegistered Nurse Core Certification RNC or RN BC preferredWe take great care of careersWith
