Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse
We are currently looking for Registered Nurses to grow our team! With your opportunity at Mission, we offer the autonomy and flexibility for YOU to create your schedule!
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $50 - $60/hour, depending on experience and open to negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, including physical, emotional, and social needs.Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote better outcomes.- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.- Follow-up Care: Provide follow-up care and monitor patients’ progress, adjusting care plans as needed to meet evolving health needs.
Requirements:
Holds an unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) License.Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing.Minimum of one (1) year of Registered Nurse experience.Current Driver's License for your current state.
