We are hiring highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) with Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and/or Emergency Room (ER) experience to support this exciting initiative! Recognizing any changes or complications and taking appropriate action to prevent deterioration. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to establish coordinated care strategies, optimizing patient outcomes. * Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication regimens, fostering a sense of empowerment and active involvement in the healing process. * Utilize advanced technology and telemedicine tools to facilitate remote monitoring and consultations, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and stay informed about emerging healthcare trends and best practices. * Adhere to ethical and legal principles, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patients’ rights throughout the care journey Requirements: * Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). * Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree in nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience. * Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced ICU or ER setting, excellent vascular access skills, showcasing a strong clinical acumen (infusions, wound care, etc.) and critical thinking skills. Ultrasound guided IV skills a major plus. * Comfortable utilizing technology to determine scheduling, providing care, and reporting patient results. * Willingness to travel locally (Union County) to care for patients * Dedication to delivering patient-centered care, with an emphasis on compassion, empathy, and dignity.
