Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU. Responsibilities The Infusion Center nurse is a specialized ambulatory care nurse, defined as a nurse who provides episodic care to patients for 24 hours or less in an outpatient infusion center. The infusion center nurse cares for patients during their infusion time and upon completion. The infusion center nurse also promotes self-management and assists family members or friends in caring for their loved ones. Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 1-2 years minimum as a Registered Nurse in an Infusion Center and/or a Clinical Setting including but not limited to the OR, PACU, critical care or Same Day surgery experience Registered Nurse License by the New Jersey State Basic life support (BLS) Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Job Requirements: BSN preferred
