The Resource Team Registered Nurse (RN) works throughout the Network to provide excellent patient care within an area of expertise. You will have the unique opportunity to work within all of the Community Health Network hospitals and gain unmatched experience by working with a variety of patient populations and healthcare teams! As a Resource Team RN, you qualify for an elevated pay rate based on your FTE commitment. While this position is non-benefited, Community Health Network does offer Resource Team nurses the opportunity to participate in its 401K retirement plan. This position will be a full-time night shift position covering all 5 hospital sites and offering flex scheduling.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Demonstration of performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of Community Health Network; demonstration of skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources.
• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum of two years (2) of recent Labor and Delivery RN experience required. NRP certification.

• EPIC experience is a plus.
