Specific Job Details:
Position will work a varied schedule flexing of 8-hour shifts 0645-1515 and 10- hour shifts 0645-1715. We do need that flexibility based on the surgery schedule. Position will be expected to take call weeknights, weekends and holidays. Call will be approximately 1 weekend every 2-3 months and 2-3 weeknights per month (opposite the call weekend) and 1 holiday.
Flexing start times is infrequent, but does happen . Being asked to stay late at times is infrequent, but may happen.Working full time (80 hrs per pay pay period) is expected during the 6 month orientation.Call rotation schedule (after orientation). 30 minute response time required.One day off per week. Uses the nursing process to assess the needs of the patient, plan and implement individualized interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of the plan of care.
