Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for pain management patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Serves in a resource role when oriented and as directed. Supports the organization’s vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Qualifications Job Requirements: Current RN License or Compact License deemed by the OK State Board of Nursing. Associates in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma RN from an accredited school of nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 60 days of hire. Preferred Job Requirements: One year Critical Care or Pain Management experience. Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
