The position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all staff on their assigned team. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Provides overall direction of the operations related to assigned interdisciplinary team(s) + Supervisory Responsibilities + Promotes and markets Hospice of the Comforter in the community + Additional Duties and Responsibilities Qualifications **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** Associates Degree. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse including three years supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the discretion of the Administrator. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Home health and/or acute care nursing experience. **LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:** A clear/active Florida Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support Certification. Maintain a current, valid Florida Driver's License in good standing with a safe driving record and a reliable vehicle. Maintain valid personal automobile insurance.
