Registered Nurse (RN) - Women's & Children's Per Diem

Per Diem 36 hours in a four week schedule

Holiday & Weekend commitment per the per diem guidelines

ChristianaCare is hiring a RN for our Per Diem pool within Women's & Children's Services that would be required to work 36 hours in a four week schedule and 24 of those hours has to be on weekends. We have (2) different per diem tracks and you would be placed into the one that best fits your skill set/previous experience. One track would be Labor & Delivery and Post-Partum units and the other track would be NICU and Pediatric Care Center.

Our Women's & Children's hospital supports over 6,000 births annually, we have a Level lll NICU and a new Pediatric Emergent Care Center! We aim to serve our community as partners in their care with love and excellence.  As an RN at ChristianaCare, you will practice with a standard of nursing excellence by providing optimal outcomes for safe delivery of care for our Labor and Delivery patients and families.

Education and Experience Requirements:

BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hireAt least TWO years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children services requiredBLS requiredNRP certification requiredDelaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
