Registered Nurse– Home Health

  

Are you interested in a PRN (as needed) opportunity as a Registered Nurse? Adoration Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and committed RN to join our team in Reidsville, NC! This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to expand your nursing skills while delivering crucial one-on-one care to patients in their homes and supporting their families. Location: Reidsville Branch (Wentworth)  

Coverage area: Rockingham County + 50 mile radius of Branch   

Schedule: PRN, up to 20hrs a week

Must have: Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance

Responsibilities

• Implement the treatment and rehabilitative strategies outlined in the patient care plan, including medication management, rehabilitation treatments, coordination of medical needs, and budget monitoring
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided to ensure accurate patient record and billing
• Conduct assessments and approve plan of care and service delivery methods
• Follow consumer health plans, provide and promote consumer choice, and facilitate consumer independence
• Perform competency and skills evaluations on employees who provide direct care
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in state of operation
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an Associates Degree in nursing from an accredited two-year program
