Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Care Unit

Full Time Flex ; 72 hours/pay

8-hour, 10-hour & 12-hour shifts

On-call requirements

Weekend & Holiday commitment per department guidelines

The scope of services on the Radiology Care Unit (RCU) encompasses a variety of diagnoses/ testing including, but not limited to, paracentesis, CT guided biopsies, Fluoro guided LP/myelograms, US guided biopsies, CT guided drain placement including monitoring and recovery of general anesthesia and moderate sedation.

Requirements:

BSN required; or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hireBLS and ACLS requiredAt least two years of experience in acute care (prefer Critical Care, Stepdown, ED or PACU areas)PALS preferred – must get within 6 monthsIV Certified preferredModerate sedation experience preferred
