RN for 1:1 care of high school studentLiverpool, NYPart Time - 4 Hours daily (20 hours weekly)Temporary - Three Weeks between July and August

Responsibilities Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ health and wellness.Travel to pick up student for the school day and accompany him home at the end of the day.Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendationsProvide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP Maintain all documentation required by the district  - inlcuding,  but not limited to, daily notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEPs Qualifications Must hold a current license to practice in the state of New YorkAssumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development Recruiter : Email Address alyssa.sebastian@healthpropediatrics.com Connect With Us!
