Position Summary: 

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Provides care to residents from adults through geriatrics. 


Minimum Qualifications: 

Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing 

Current PA registered nurse license that is active and in good standing 

CPR Certification 

Two years nursing experience preferred 

One year long term care experience preferred
