Position Summary:
Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, along with recognized professional standards and Health Partner and employer specific protocols and policy.
Supports multiple areas within a clinic setting with strong interpersonal skill and flexibility while maintaining patient confidentiality and protecting patient rights. Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.

We are a Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence and nationally acclaimed for our focus on team-based care for individuals/families living with Parkinson’s disease and related movement disorders.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Associate degree or diploma required. 1 year of prior experience in nursing preferred. Additional qualifications may be applicable for specialty care. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Maintain a current Minnesota registered nurse’s licensure. WI licensure required where applicable. Wisconsin/Stillwater Medical Group/Riverway/North Suburban Family Practice locations required upon hire. GHI locations required within 2 months of hire. Current BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. No online only courses accepted. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development necessary to provide appropriate care to the patient population served and ensure safety of patients. Possesses the qualities of strong critical thinking skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and maintain standards of clinical skills and professional ethics as established by the Nurse Practice Act. Critical thinking, Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Fluent in EMR (EPIC) use. Understanding of Nursing Practice Act and Scope of Practice for various roles.Preferred Qualifications:
