Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to manage and oversee office operations at our Berkeley Heights location. This role involves approving time cards, creating schedules, managing PTO, acting as the point person for the office, data entry, attending monthly supervisor meetings, managing a team of 15, and working with the risk management team. You may need to cover for staff and will always be on call for emergencies. Additionally, you will order supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly.

As a Registered Nurse, you will also check daily schedules for patient volume, prepare for patient procedures, organize medications, prepare injections, update EMR, handle prescription refills, review patient cases, and maintain efficient patient flow. You will function as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians, assure patient identification, provide referrals, maintain logs for emergency equipment, collect lab specimens, obtain vital signs, demonstrate telephone triage protocols, schedule appointments, and update medication lists in EHR.
