Position Summary: 

The registered nurse is a professional nurse who coordinates the delivery of nursing care for monitored patients during their hospital stay including cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic stabilization, responsive to emergent situations and care of evidence-based medicine patients.

Responsibilities: 

Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.  Provides professional direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical telemetry setting Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.  Assesses patient condition using vital signs, test results, cardiac monitoring, etc. Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.

Required: 

Associates degree from an accredited Nursing program  Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license  BLS certification 

Preferred:
