Part-Time – 12 Hour Shifts – Day Shift Voted"Great Place to Work" for the 2nd Year in a Row - Premium Wages - Excellent Benefits Package Responsibilities: + Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures. + Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans. + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. + Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents. + Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management. Qualifications: + Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio. + Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. + Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care. + Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
