While growing alongside your team, you can also explore opportunities offered through Cleveland Clinic, such as higher education and other MRI, CT or IR Modalities. **A caregiver in this position works rotating days/evenings from 8:00AM - 4:30PM and 2:00PM - 10:30PM.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures. + Produce quality images for interpretation with accuracy and without delay. + Acquire, archive, transmit and print images via PACS. + Ensure patient comfort and safety during and after the exam. + Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation. + Maintain documentation. + Address equipment malfunctions, notify management and report malfunctions to the help desk and PACS administrator. + Assist with scheduling procedures, monitor and determine priority of patients, and process billing. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology + Registered Technologist by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in good standing + Current state licensure as a Radiology Technologist + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
