Amentum is seeking a **Registrar** to join a program providing support to the Department of Energy's National Training Center (NTC) in Albuquerque, NM. This program develops and delivers a broad range of Nuclear Safety and Safeguards & Security training designed to support Department of Energy federal and contracting professionals. **Essential Duties:** + Provides customer service and information about NTC and DTI courses and enrollment requirements. + Processes student enrollment through the NTC LMS and DOE CHRIS system. Coordinates with site POCs to ensure LMS accounts are established and students are authorized to enroll. + Assists course managers in finalizing student rosters and distributing training certificates. **Minimum Requirements:** + Must be able to obtain and maintain security credentials for base access + Demonstrated experience in similar role or related education + DOE experience is desired.
