Gulf Coast Trades Center (GCTC) is a private, non-profit educational institution dedicated to improving the economic independence and social well-being of disadvantaged and adjudicated youth.  GCTC provides male youth ages 15-18 with a comprehensive program of education, counseling, job referrals, residential and community services.  This matrix of services is provided by our dedicated staff in a “no fail” atmosphere, which emphasized the worth of each individual. 

Salary $18.00 hourly

What you will do:

The School Registrar works as a staff member of the Education Department team. Primarily responsible for supporting the school office by managing school information and student records. The School Registrar reports to the Principal. Depending on location, this position may directly supervise the Assistant Registrar. Regarding CSA: This position directly supervises the Assistant Registrar and School Administrative Assistant.

 To be considered you should:

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Minimum of two years of college education. At least three years of experience working in an office environment. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in the use of computers and associated software.
