Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing quality audits on all urgent care registrations and providing results to urgent care education staff and supervisors. Responsible for the daily monitoring and management of multiple registration accuracy reports and resolving errors as indicated. Functions in the role of an Urgent Care Registrar.
Qualifications
Minimum:
HS Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of experience and/or educationOne year customer service experienceAmerican Heart Association BLS certificationTyping speed 30 wpm Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.Preferred:
One (1) year experience in prior authorization, pre-certification, insurance benefits and how they apply to hospital registration or medical office settingKnowledge of medical terminology
