As a Regulations & Standards Quality Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

The Regulations & Standards Quality Project Manager for MENAT Region will partner with Gas Technology Equipment Regulations & Standards Leader and Project Manager(s) on assigned projects while:

Ensuring execution and verification of the Regulations & Standards (RS) Transactional Compliance Plan (TCP) and compliance/certification requirements by all involved functions prior to shipment and transaction closeout within Gas Technology Equipment scope.Preparing all the data and facilitate discussion during Regulation & Standards project meetings called by Project Managers with all cross-functional stakeholders to drive actions and ensuring 100% Regulation Standards compliance by time of shipment (RFS).Managing retention of the Transactional Compliance Plan/Regulation Standards Action Plan (including using RealTrack/RMT tools).Maintaining metrics to indicate Regulation Standards completion status on all assigned projects.Provide routine updates to the Gas Technology Equipment Regulation Standard Leader and Project Manager.Ensure corrective action(s) for any Regulation Standard issues during project execution, providing Regulation Standard subject matter expertise and partnering with Engineering, Sourcing, etc. for compliant solutions.Escalate issues/risks to the Gas Technology Equipment Regulation Standards Leader, Gas Technology Equipment Quality Leader, and Industrial Energy & Technology Regulation Standards Leader, when necessary (per Industrial Energy & Technology Regulation Standards Risk Management procedure), in a timely fashion to avoid Regulation Standards non-compliances at time of shipment.Communicate lessons learned from the execution of the Transactional Compliance Plan/Regulations Standards Action Plan to the Gas Technology Equipment Regulations Standards leader.Manage certification on projects as required and ensure that Regulations Standards compliance deliverables are provided to customers.Support ITO commercial proposal activities and when needed support with local Certification Bodies interaction.Support Baker Hughes Saudi Arabia site activities with relation to Regulations Standards certifications and audit activities.Adhere to, and drive enforcement of, all relevant Baker Hughes and Industrial Energy & Technology policies, procedures, and work instructions.May also be assigned to assist with Regulation Standards process improvements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Engineering degree or equivalent (relevant regulatory compliance experience will be considered)At least 3 years of experience in project / product compliance.Understanding of the principles of applicable Standards and Regulations in MENAT Region (Explosive atmospheres, Pressure Equipment, Machinery Safety, EMC, Reach, …)Familiarity with oil and gas equipment and applicationsLanguage skills: English and Arabic
