Regulatory Affairs Associate (hybrid role)

A Regulatory Affairs Associate position (hybrid role) in Clark, NJ is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this role, you will review formulas for compliance with local regulations, in particular for US and Canada. This is a temp position starting in January 2025. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. This is a hybrid role, but you must reside in the Clark, NJ area to be considered. You will be required to work 3 days/week in the office/2 days work from home (2 Fridays/month have to be in the office).
The hourly pay rate is $ 50.44/hr.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Review formulas for compliance with local regulations, in particular for US and Canada
Reviewing artwork for US and Canada Compliance
Reviewing US and Canada Claims requirements
Notifying products in US and Canada as needed
Canada Chemical regulatory oversight and review
Preparing registration documents as needed
**Qualifications:**
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in a science or chemistry-related field, coursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs
Experience in drug or cosmetic industry
Knowledge of US and Canada regulations for Cosmetics and Chemical compliance preferred
Knowledge of French is a plus
Ability to quickly master new subjects and coordinate multiple tasks
Ability to quickly learn and advocate a point of view in public
Knowledge of MS Office Suite

**Pay Details:** $50.44 per hour
