Job Description
Ensure that marketing and information are within regulations for advertisements, e-commerce platforms, social media, and US and global markets. Assist with expansion into newer markets like Canada, the Middle East, China, and India by submitting required documentation and certifications for both imports and exports. Work alongside a Regulatory Consultant as needed. Notify federal bodies of any issues. Review content of publications to be sent to scientific journals. Create labels for new products and revise existing product labels.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8/9am – 4/5pm, with flexible hours. Onsite work is required; remote work is not an option. The team currently consists of the VP of Director, Formulations & Regulatory Affairs, and one associate, with a new Director of Regulatory joining soon. The company uses both national and international co-manufacturers and has onsite production facilities. The company started in 2014 as an essential oil and aromatherapy brand and has since expanded into OTC, cosmetics, nutritional products, household products, and medical devices. The primary focus is on oral care and dietary supplements, emphasizing natural-based products.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00
