Regulatory Affairs Manager
Job Title: Regulatory Affairs ManagerJob Description Ensure that marketing and information comply with regulations for advertisements, e-commerce platforms, social media, and both US and global markets. Assist with expansion into newer markets such as Canada, the Middle East, China, and India by submitting required documentation and certifications for imports and exports. Collaborate with a Regulatory Consultant as needed and notify federal bodies of any issues. Review content of publications for scientific journals and create labels for new products while revising existing product labels. Essential Skills + Experience in regulatory affairs, nutraceutical, personal care, or pharma. + Detail-oriented with experience in FDA regulations and regulatory documents. + Knowledge of labeling requirements. + Ability to review e-commerce materials. + Familiarity with submitting regulatory documents internationally. + Understanding of nutritional labels for dietary supplement companies. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in multiple regulatory fields. + Knowledge of the science behind products and chemistry. + Proactive attitude and positive demeanor. Work Environment Schedule is Monday – Friday, with flexible hours between 8/9am – 4/5pm. This role requires 100% onsite presence for effective collaboration. The team currently includes the VP of Director, Formulations & Regulatory Affairs, and one associate, and will expand with a new Director of Regulatory starting mid-December. The company uses both national and international co-manufacturers and has onsite production. Established in 2014, the company has grown from an essential oil and aromatherapy brand to encompass OTC, cosmetics, nutritional products, household products, and medical devices. The primary focus is on Oral Care and Dietary Supplements, with a commitment to natural-based products. Employees receive medical, dental, and vision benefits, with various plans to choose from.
