Ensure that marketing and information is within regulations for advertisements, e comm platforms, social media and US and global markets Assist with expansion into newer markets like Canada, Middle East, China and India by submitting required documentation and certifications for both imports and exports Work alongside a Regulatory Consultant as needed Need to ensure they are notifying the federal bodies of any issues Review content of publications to be sent to scientific journals Create labels for new products and revise for existing products

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Medical, dental and vision is paid 80% of employee only – not for dependent. It would be paid 100% by the employee for dependentsThey have 3 kaiser plans and 3 anthem plans and they can choose from (1 PPO and 2 HMOs each)Dental is through humanaVision is through humanaUse colonial for life insurance7 paid holidays40 hours sick time accruedPTO- 1 week for 1st year- 2 weeks for 2- 4 years- After 4th year you get 3 weeks (that could be negotiable)401K that is through paycheck – there is no company match at this time
