Job Description Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Business System Analyst is responsible for the analytical support of business solution implementations, system changes, and system operations through the effective use of information technology capabilities that enable the achievement of Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs operational, tactical, and strategic goals. The Business System Analyst collaborates with business subject matter experts and information technology specialists to analyze, define, propose, develop, configure, test, and operate new or enhanced information technology capabilities. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience within life sciences supporting the delivery of GxP validated global business systems serving cross-functional stakeholders  5+ years of experience implementing and improving Regulatory business processes and business operations  Hands on experience with Veeva RIM (regulatory information management system) supporting business teams with implementations, changes and system operations o Veeva Publishing experience strongly preferred  Experience partnering with the business/stakeholders to architect and implement solutions within regulatory operations and RIM system  Demonstrated experience within or supporting Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs processes, roles and systems  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
