About the Role
Law is poorly structured and non-searchable; it changes regularly, and it is written in complicated phrases. ERM Libryo is re-organizing the world’s regulations. The Content Co-ordinator will play a vital role as a member of the legal production team ensuring that legislation is maintained and updated.
What you will do at first (Responsibilities)
The Regulatory Co-ordinator will work alongside the Programme Manager and other teams to plan and manage ingestion work related mainly to the maintenance and updates of legislation on the ERM Libryo platform.
Prepare updated Legislation for the Legal Team
Work within the parameters of the updates process to format and prepare legislation as part of the legislation maintenance process for Regulatory Content Managers.
Handle each task/legislation within the requirements and limits of the specific jurisdiction and any guidelines or restrictions relating to that jurisdiction.
Use your problem-solving skills and initiative to handle issues relating to these updates and flag any risks and SLA discrepancies with your direct manager.
Work with the technical scripting teams as needed to raise and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Skills and Competency Requirements
You have relevant experience and/or qualifications. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in the fields or law or environmental sciences would be an advantage.
Experience in digital knowledge management and working with legislation preferred, (you know your statutes from your regulations, and your preambles from your sections).
Experience as a Project or Content Co-Ordinator or similar will be to your benefit.
Work experience in the software or legal industry preferred.
