This position involves content development, editing, project-based communication strategies, and regulatory compliance support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesResearch, interview, write, and edit content for corporate communication channels.Develop and implement communication plans for regulatory and compliance projects.Ensure accuracy and compliance of all materials with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams, including Corporate Communications and Compliance.Manage project-based communications and assist with strategic messaging.Develop and track online surveys, analyze results, and generate reports. Qualifications and RequirementsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Background in the healthcare industry with claims experienceStrong project management skillsWorking knowledge of claims adjudication systems (e.g., Facets)Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirementsBachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
