JOB SUMMARY: 

Assists in ensuring compliance with all Maryland Gaming Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Laws for Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs daily audits of MTL, NIL and CTR related activities.Makes recommendations for currency transaction and suspicious activity reporting through audit analyses and critiquePerforms audits for Suspicious Activity ReportingResponsible for accurate completion of SAR formsEnsures compliance with all State and Federal agencies with respect to AML/Title 31, FinCen Form 8300, and SAR reporting Assists departments with AML/Title 31, FinCen Form 8300, and SAR reporting materials necessary for the training and testing of employees responsible for documenting recordable transactionsGathers all source documents related to Cash Transaction Reports for compliance with Title 31, and routes to Consolidated AML TeamPerforms data entry and processing for the Company’s Responsible Gaming Program and State Exclusion programs and requirements. Supports the Regulatory Compliance Manager in the creation and editing of departmental procedures and Internal ControlsCommunicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variance, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

Associate or Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum of 1-2 years related experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent customer service skills a must.Strong organizational skillsKnowledge of casino operations preferredMust be proficient with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communications skillsRead, write, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to communicate effectively Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
