**What You’ll Do:**
**This is a Full-Time Salary Position**
The Regulatory & Compliance Specialist will support the evaluation and registration requirements for global product registration
+ Facilitate global product registration by engaging in activities that involve requesting, acquiring, and organizing necessary documentation. Maintain thorough records and monitor the status of new and renewed registrations across all markets.
+ Monitor and ensure that progress is in line with the company's objectives.
+ Gather and keep accurate documentation required for product registration, re-registration, and import procedures.
+ Ensure that the most up-to-date documentation is promptly delivered to international partners.
+ Keep an organized computer database for all submitted documents, enabling quick and easy access to files as needed.
+ Strong organizational skills to manage documentation needs for regulatory requests.
+ Assist with determining regulatory requirements for prospective markets and keep updated on those in current markets.
+ Notify management and relevant stakeholders about implications
+ Work with management to develop strategies to effectively address regulatory challenges, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and goals.
**Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:**
+ Hybrid work environment, 2 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.
+ Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
+ Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
+ Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
+ Specific vision abilities required by this job include long periods of computer screen usage, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
+ The noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in science related field, (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Biology) or related field.
+ 1-2 years of relevant experience in regulatory Affairs.
+ Ability to understand product registration documentation
+ High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
+ Strong self-starter with interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
