Overview Pay range for this position is $33.91 - $51.04/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. POSITION SUMMARY: The Regulatory Coordinator - RN is responsible for coordinating, completing, and monitoring activities necessary to support a robust Quality and Safety program. Is responsible to support continuous regulatory readiness efforts for the facility assigned required to operationalize local corrective action plans and sustain solutions. Works in the Quality and Safety department, as part of the local Quality and Safety team, and works collaboratively with facility leadership, Mission Partners, nursing, medical staff and others within the facility and across the Ministry to assist and engage Mission Partners across the OSF ministry with ensuring continuous regulatory readiness and Mission Partners have the tools and skills needed to achieve zero harm. Assists with the implementation of processes and key initiatives which support strategic patient safety goals and optimal health outcomes, including ministry wide clinical agenda implementation. Develops and maintains relationships with OSF leaders in order to address regulatory and safety gaps and processes that enhance workforce commitment as well as quality, safety, service and financial performance that supports the achievement of strategic safety outcomes for OSF. The position provides clinical knowledge, expertise and guidance to non-RN Regulatory Coordinators.
