Regulatory Quality Assurance Manager
Job Title: Regulatory Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee batch records and ensure all products meet quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee standard operating procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards before product release. Responsibilities + Oversee batch records and ensure timely completion. + Review products to meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. + Manage and oversee standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Develop, review, and update SOPs and quality documents. + Conduct regular audits of processes and documentation. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related concerns. + Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). + Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes. + Prepare for inspections and audits. + Maintain accurate and detailed records and generate reports. Essential Skills + Attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Proficiency in quality management systems and software tools. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the chemical manufacturing industry. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. + Relevant certifications in quality assurance.
