The Regulatory Reporting Analyst will join our Regulatory Reporting and Licensing team, where you will research, validate, and respond to requests for company documentation from regulatory agencies and internal and external business partners. This role involves reviewing, interpreting, and communicating the necessary data requirements to internal resources for data sourcing and, in turn, preparing responses to these requests externally. This position has a hybrid schedule, 40-50% of the time in the office in Amelia, OH and the remaining working from home.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret requests from various regulatory agencies and communicate the data needed to support time sensitive statistical reporting.Respond to regulatory requests for statistical information in a timely and accurate mannerFollow established operational procedures, including peer reviews, to ensure data quality and timelinessCoordinate with other business units to gather statistical information and formulate accurate responsesLead and/or participate in various projects as needed and attend mandated meetingsIdentify opportunities for continuous process improvement and operationalize solutionsProvide subject matter expertise to internal business units as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skillsAbility to review and interpret regulatory requests for informationBasic query and macro skillsProficiency in Power BI, Guidewire, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint. SQL experience is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in PowerBI
