Job Description
We are seeking a Director for our Regulatory Services Department to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing projects and staff within the regulatory division. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA. Project types include PA Act 2 Site Remediation, NJ SRP Site Remediation, regulatory compliance, and managing environmental permits.
Responsibilities
+ Manage projects within the regulatory division.
+ Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals including an LSRP, PM, and additional field staff.
+ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
+ Write and review reports and proposals.
+ Handle case management and ensure project deadlines are met.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting.
+ Experience managing a team.
+ Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
+ Proficiency in report and proposal writing.
+ Experience in case management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
+ Experience in business development.
+ Proficiency in proposal writing and cost estimation.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days in the office and the rest of the week working from home or on site. The company has a strong reputation, having been established since 1984, and maintains a consistent backlog of projects
