Job Description

We are seeking a Director for our Regulatory Services Department to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing projects and staff within the regulatory division. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA. Project types include PA Act 2 Site Remediation, NJ SRP Site Remediation, regulatory compliance, and managing environmental permits.

ResponsibilitiesManage projects within the regulatory division.Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals including an LSRP, PM, and additional field staff.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.Write and review reports and proposals.Handle case management and ensure project deadlines are met.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in environmental consulting.Experience managing a team.Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in report and proposal writing.Experience in case management.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience in business development.Proficiency in proposal writing and cost estimation.Work Environment

This is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days in the office and the rest of the week working from home or on site. The company has a strong reputation, having been established since 1984, and maintains a consistent backlog of projects
