Kforce has a client that is seeking a Regulatory Specialist in Juno Beach, FL. Key Tasks: * Special project to support 2025 Rate Case * Responsible for processing discovery and filing schedules in the CaseWorks database system, working with Regulatory analysts to ensure deliverables are processed timely and accurately, and maintaining company documents filed with the FPSC * Perform special projects to support the team as necessary * Review and process discovery responses (including formatting, labeling, organizing, converting to pdf and Bates numbering); Assist with preparing related documentation such as declarations and requests for confidential classification * Ensure each item is completed on time and has the utmost degree of accuracy * Ensure consistency with language and formatting * The position will require overtime to finalize deliverables with filing deadlines set by the regulatory agencies
