Our client, _a leading player in the beauty and consumer products industry_ , is seeking a **Regulatory Specialist** to join their team in **New Albany, OH** . As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be part of the Regulatory Affairs department supporting the Home Fragrance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a genuine interest to learn, and the ability to foster positivity and creative solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Regulatory Specialist
**Location:** New Albany, Ohio (Hybrid with 3 days in office)
**Contract Duration:** 6-Months
**Pay Range:** $23.57/HR + Benefits
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with the regulatory review, registration, and tracking of new and existing product lines including Cosmetics/Personal Care, Home Fragrances, Food items, and Consumer Goods.
+ Focus on flawless execution and delivery of end-to-end compliance including label and raw material review.
+ Support and coordinate documentation and related dossiers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Perform formula, label, and product reviews for domestic and international markets.
+ Participate in data analysis and recordkeeping systems.
**What's Needed?**
+ 0-2 years’ experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, fragrance, food, consumer products, or another related field.
+ Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office, particularly Excel.
+ Strong organizational skills and good time management.
+ Ability to work collaboratively and engage with the team on projects.
+ Motivated with a desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
