Regulatory Specialist

Job Title: Regulatory Specialist

Location: Dayton, OH

As a Regulatory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products comply with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with the regulatory team to support the certification process, maintain documentation, and assist in regulatory submissions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation for product certifications.Maintain and update regulatory files and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support the regulatory team in monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements and changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions.Assist in the review and update of product labels, user documentation, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Provide administrative support to the regulatory team as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fieldStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Google and Microsoft tools in a collaborative environmentFamiliarity with regulatory standards and guidelines is a plus but not required.
